Oliver is a seasoned Agave spirits industry professional with over 15 years of experience in the London On-trade, having held Marketing and Sales roles at Mexican multinational companies in the UK such as Grupo Modelo (Corona Extra) & Proximo Sprits.

At the latter, Oliver was responsible for the successful positioning of Reserva de la Familia, Maestro Dobel and 1800 Tequilas in prestigious on-trade venues and luxury retailers in Mayfair and the West End.

An accomplished hospitality entrepreneur as the co-founder of Mezcalito, a small chain of Mexican Restaurants, Bars & Clubs in London’s Kensington and Chelsea.

Oliver is an industry leader who as a bar owner really understands the needs of a business as well as understanding how important brands are for venues/retailers and vice-versa.
